#DCOMHowTo Block your DCOM Card – In Case of Loss or Theft

Thanks to the latest enhancement of the DCOM App, you now have the capability to block your card in the unfortunate event of loss or theft.
Here’s how:

  1. Open the DCOM App and Click “Manage DCOM Cards”

2. Choose the card that you want to BLOCK

3. Click “BLOCK YOUR CARD”

4. Choose if you want to Request for a Replacement of your lost card

Select YES if you want to request a replacement card

5. a. If Yes, Confirm if your address is updated

You will receive your new DCOM Card within 3 – 4 business days

5. b. If No, request for blocking card is successful.

Additionally, should you find your lost card, you can easily reactivate it through the DCOM App.
