Thanks to the latest enhancement of the DCOM App, you now have the capability to block your card in the unfortunate event of loss or theft.
Here’s how:
- Open the DCOM App and Click “Manage DCOM Cards”
2. Choose the card that you want to BLOCK
3. Click “BLOCK YOUR CARD”
4. Choose if you want to Request for a Replacement of your lost card
5. a. If Yes, Confirm if your address is updated
5. b. If No, request for blocking card is successful.
