How to Reset your DCOM Account Password?

Nakalimutan ninyo ang inyong password? Huwag mag-alala. Gamit lang ang DCOM App, maaari ninyong i-reset ang inyong password

Buksan ang inyong DCOM App at i-click lamang ang Forgot Password
On the home screen, click Forgot Password
On the home screen, click Forgot Password
I-type ang inyong Username, Email o Mobile Number na inyong ginamit nung kayo ay nag-register sa DCOM. Gayahin ang makulay na letra at numero at i-type ito sa Anti-spam code
Input your username and your email / mobile number that you used when you registered to DCOM. Don't forget to type in the Anti-spam code

Matapos pindutin ang Reset password, ipapadala namin ang inyong bagong password sa inyong email o mobile number
We are going to send your new password to your email address or your mobile number

I-check ang inyong email o sms kung natanggap na ang bagong password
Check your email or sms if you already received your new password

Bumalik sa DCOM App at mag-log in gamit ang inyong username at ng inyong bagong password
