DCOM Money Express, an international remittance service provider, has begun offering its overseas remittance card and Smartphone ATM services through Seven Bank ATMs nationwide.
Starting Friday, May 1, 2026, customers can use their DCOM Deposit Card, DCOM Remittance Card, or smartphones to make deposits at more than 28,000 Seven Bank ATMs across Japan.

D. Communications, Inc. (Head Office: Sakai City, Fukui Prefecture; President and Representative Director: Takahiro Deguchi; hereinafter “DCOM”) has entered into a partnership with Seven Bank, Ltd. (Head Office: Chiyoda City, Tokyo; President and Representative Director: Masaaki Matsuhashi; hereinafter “Seven Bank”).
Through this collaboration, starting May 1, 2026, Seven Bank will support ATM deposits using DCOM Cards (DCOM Deposit Card and DCOM Remittance Card) as well as the Smartphone ATM service, which enables users to make deposits via QR code authentication using a smartphone.
As a result, customers residing in Japan can now access DCOM services at over 28,000 ※1 Seven Bank ATMs located primarily in Seven-Eleven stores in Japan, available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year ※2.
This enhancement simplifies overseas remittance procedures by allowing customers to complete transactions conveniently using a single card, offering a more seamless, accessible, and user-friendly experience.
In addition to card-based transactions, customers can also deposit funds into their DCOM accounts using the Smartphone ATM※3 feature via the DCOM App, enabling quick and contactless deposit procedures directly at the ATM.
DCOM has been providing safe, reliable, and fast international money transfers services, primarily supporting foreign residents living in Japan. Remittances can be made to countries around the world, including Vietnam, Indonesia, and the Philippines.
After registering through the DCOM smartphone app, users can initiate remittance procedures using multiple channels, including bank transfers, ATMs, online platforms, and the mobile app. Recipients can receive remittances not only via account deposit directly into their bank accounts, but also via cash pickup through local partners, as well as home delivery services.
Moving forward, DCOM will continue to strengthen its collaboration with financial infrastructure providers and remain committed to delivering secure, convenient, and innovative international remittance services.
