You can use your Bonus Points to reduce your remittance service fee directly in the DCOM Money Express App.
Follow the steps below:
Step 1: Start a Remittance Transaction
From the Home screen, tap the SEND button and proceed with your remittance transaction as usual.
Step 2: Enter Bonus Points
Under Additional Details, input the number of Bonus Points you want to use. You can also check your current available Bonus Points in this section.
📌 Make sure you have enough points before proceeding.
Step 3: Review and Complete
Tap Next, review your transaction details, and complete your remittance.
The Bonus Points you entered will be applied to reduce your service fee.
📌 Important Reminders
- Bonus Points can only be used for the service fee.
- If both a Promo Code and Points are entered, the Promo Code will be prioritized.
- Partial points earned from the transaction will be reflected after the transaction has been successfully completed.
