Keeping your identification and address records current is essential for uninterrupted and secure transactions. To ensure a seamless upload and verification process, please make sure your DCOM App is updated to version 5.7 before you begin.
Step 1: From the Main Screen, tap ACCOUNT.

Step 2: Select ACCOUNT INFORMATION.

Step 3: Tap UPDATE PERSONAL ID and select NEW ID AND ADDRESS.

Step 4: Prepare the required identification documents or information and tap NEXT.

Step 5: Enter your new address and other required details, then tap NEXT.

Step 6: Capture clear photos of your Residence Card (Front and Back) as prompted.

Step 7: Verify the Residence Card Number and tap START SCAN.
