Use Bonus Points to Reduce Your Service Fee

You can use your Bonus Points to reduce your remittance service fee directly in the DCOM Money Express App.

Follow the steps below:

Step 1: Start a Remittance Transaction

From the Home screen, tap the SEND button and proceed with your remittance transaction as usual.

Step 2: Enter Bonus Points

Under Additional Details, input the number of Bonus Points you want to use. You can also check your current available Bonus Points in this section. 

📌 Make sure you have enough points before proceeding.

Step 3: Review and Complete

Tap Next, review your transaction details, and complete your remittance. 
The Bonus Points you entered will be applied to reduce your service fee.

📌 Important Reminders

• Bonus Points can only be used for the service fee. 
• If both a Promo Code and Points are entered, the Promo Code will be prioritized. 
• Partial points earned from the transaction will be reflected after the transaction has been successfully completed.
