You can redeem your Bonus Points in two (2) ways using the DCOM Money Express App.
Choose the option that best fits your needs.
A. Redeem to DCOM Balance
Convert your Bonus Points into DCOM Balance and use it for future remittance transactions.
📌 Redemption Conditions:
- Minimum: 10,000 Bonus Points
- Maximum: 300,000 Bonus Points
- Redemption must be in multiples of 1,000 Bonus Points
- Conversion Rate: 1,000 Bonus Points = JPY 800
Example:
- 10,000 points = JPY 8,000
- 50,000 points = JPY 40,000

B. Use Bonus Points for Service Fee
You may also use your Bonus Points to reduce your remittance service fee.
During your transaction, simply input the number of Bonus Points you want to apply to lower your service charge.
This allows you to save more on every transaction for service charge.

📌 Important Notes
✔ Earn Bonus Points for Completed Transactions Only via DCOM Money Express App
Points are earned only after a transaction has been successfully completed and paid.
✔ Partial Service Fee Deduction
You may earn partial points if you partially apply your Bonus Points to the service fee.
✔ Inputting Both Promo Code & Points
If both Promo Code and Points are entered:
- Priority: Promo Code
- To use Points only, delete the Promo Code before proceeding.
✔ Point Reflection Timing
Points earned from transactions will only be reflected after the transaction has been successfully completed.
