You can convert your Bonus Points into DCOM Balance and use them for future remittance transactions in the DCOM Money Express App.
Follow the steps below to redeem your points.
Step 1: Go to Invite Section
From the Home Page, tap Invite.
Step 2: Open Referral Details
Select Referral Details.
Step 3: Select “Use Points”
Tap Use Points to proceed with the redemption.
Step 4: Enter the Number of Points
Input the number of Bonus Points you want to convert into DCOM Balance.
⚠ Make sure the amount follows these requirements:
- Minimum: 10,000 points
- Multiples of 1,000 points only
Step 5: Review and Confirm
Before confirming, carefully double-check all the details.
Once confirmed, your Bonus Points will be successfully converted to DCOM Balance.
Step 6: Check Your Updated Balance
To verify your updated balance, return to the Home Page.

Redeemed points will only be reflected in your DCOM Balance after successful confirmation. Please ensure all details are correct before finalizing the redemption.
