1. Click the link above and select “Register.”
2. Click Sign Up and choose the platform you wish to link to your account (LINE, Email, or Facebook).
Please ensure you take note of your username and password, as these are required to access your DCOM account.
3. Provide all required information accurately.
4. Ensure that your current address exactly matches the address indicated on your Residence Card before proceeding.
5. Select your preferred notification method.
DCOM will use this method to send updates regarding your account and transactions.
6. If you were referred by someone, enter their code or RMT#.
If not, use DCOMFREE to receive your first free remittance.
7. Scroll down and read the Terms and Conditions in full. Then, tick the checkbox below and click “Register“.
8. Enter the OTP sent to your ( Line/SMS/Email or Facebook) then click “Verify”.
9. Download Google Authenticator from the Play Store or App Store, then scan the QR code.
10. Enter the OTP shown in your Google Authenticator App.
If an error occurs, please contact our DCOM Customer Representative. Once successful, you will be redirected to your DCOM account.
Download the DCOM Money Express App and log in using your chosen username and the password you received to upload your Residence Card.
